Even though new legislation has extended the time allowed to use the funds and also changes how the funds can be allocated, something to remember is that this won’t affect worker’s demands, consumer behavior or creditor’s demands. As area businesses open up after the long shutdown, don’t get distracted and lose sight of the positive changes you’ve made throughout this crisis. Yes, using financial budgets, extending payments to 45 days and cutting down on discretionary spending have all made a tremendous impact on cash flow. However the biggest challenge for business owners and non-profit organizations will be how they incorporate their successful practices during the crisis into the Post-COVID future.
